Sažetak
Two types of criteria used to determine systolic and diastolic pressure in finger by oscillometric method were compared in terms of accuracy and reliability. Experimental evaluation was performed on 32 volunteers with manual auscultatory method used as a reference. The results may be summarised as follows: for height-based criteria a good agreement with reference measurements was found for both systolic and diastolic pressure ; for slope-based criteria a good agreement was found only for systolic pressure, whereas this approach tends to overestimate diastolic pressure by more than 10 mmHg.
