Sažetak
The goal of the VISINEV project is to extend the existing models, methods and tools for complex R&D project management by adding socio-technical (cultural) systems perspective and intellectual capital dynamic performance management to traditional project management approach. The VISINEV project will focus on how to incorporate the insights from modelling, simulation and visual analysis of the complex cognitive, social, natural and technical systems to the organisational IC dynamics.
