Sažetak
The analysis addressed attitudes of kinesiology students towards learning foreign languages. The sample was comprised of 177 kinesiology students with the Faculty of Kinesiology University of Zagreb. The assessment tool was used that made it possible to draw conclusions regarding the students' preference to learn a particular foreign language. The students were asked to mark, on a Likert-type scale, the level of their wish to learn each of the languages listed. The list contained 68 different languages. Frequencies and percentages were calculated for each variable. Principal components analysis was made in an attempt to obtain components that would imply sets of languages sharing a certain feature as regards the students' attitudes towards learning different foreign languages as well as their preferences connected therewith. The results showed that English is the language that the students would like to learn the most.
