Sažetak
Contemporary technology changed the way people do business. In information society both business systems and people are connected through many different technological means, such as social networks, smartphones, computers and Internet. In this kind of society entrepreneurs are trying to make business processes more efficient by introduction of contemporary ICT, and in many cases some of current employees are not needed in the new processes establishment. Implementation and usage of new technology radically changes the way employees do business processes. With the desire to analyze, plan and implement this new technology, process analysis, process modeling and process measurement projects are conducted to predict impact of technology on future business changes. Because people are involved in these processes, human performance is key- point to asses, measure and analyze, as employees costs are usually high or even the highest of all costs. In this context, this paper explores social impact of process analysis, modeling and measurement of business processes on employees involved in analyzed processes. Results show how employees react to: analysis, measurement and exploration of their working efficiency, self-assessment, time assessment and real-time measurement of their working tasks time consumption.
