Sažetak
Problems with existence of a self-adjoint time operator conjugate to a given Hamiltonian are discussed in relation to the von Neumann theorem.Using the continuous representation theory of the affine group we constructed the time operator by extending the work of Klauder and Gelf'and to the case when one of the generators of the affine group is the Hamiltonian of the dynamical system.The modified canonical commutation relation is found.
