Sažetak
The aim of this study was to point out diverse severity of various symptoms of the PTSD in the demobilized or drafted Croatian soldiers as well as in the professional brigades members. Significant differences in the extent of the majority of PTSD symptoms have been observed among the three groups: the gravest symptoms were those noted in the demobilized population, less severe in the drafted individuals, while the professional soldiers were least affected with the syndrome. The results were only confirmed the expectations both with respect to incidence of PTSD and to differences in prior selection and training of the studied groups.
