Sažetak
Paper describes general implementation model for Near Field Communication (NFC) technology in Croatian ferry ticketing system. Paper covers four main topics addressing facts and specifics of Croatian ferry lines and reasons for implementation of such solution, describing general NFC specifications, and introduction to general model of NFC ferry ticketing system logic, description of advantages caused by such system implementation on operators and end-user side as well as review of possible security issues.
