Sažetak
Mathematical modelling is a model defining procedure of a process state with the aim of obtaining a suitable model for an engineering-technical application. The purpose of modelling and minimization of force and the working pressure of machining process is increasing durability of tool and the productivity of the working process, reducing stagnation time in the working process, less energy consumption and tools and less production costs. The minimal value of the basic mechanic indicators of the determination process depend on the quality of the contact conditions, the geometry shape of the tool and working zone machining. In this paper, the some results of modelling and minimization of the force and the working pressure for the forming processes are presented. The theoretical researches are experimentally valorized.
