Posebno su zanimljivi rezultati za glagole: TalijanizamRazumijevanjeUporabaakomdat97% 63%sistit94% 63% Za o ekivati je trend opadanja uporabe u odnosu na razumijevanje, ali je zanimljivo da 63% ispitanika koji se koriste glagolom akomodat upotrebljavaju ga u svim njegovim zna enjima u dubrova kom poddijalektu. 1. raskomoditi se  odgovara tal. accomodarsi ato zna i sjesti, npr. Izvolite, akomodajte se! 2. Akomodali smo se u zna enju snaali smo se, bilo nam je dostatno. 3. On akomodava onu gospou u zna enju zadovoljiti, ugoditi, uslu~iti I glagol sistit imao je zna enje zadovoljiti, uslu~iti, ali je o ito to zna enje izgubio jer ga ispitanici rabe isklju ivo u smislu pomoi (nekomu). Glagol fatgat (od mleta kog fatigar- raditi ili tal. faticare  truditi se, mu iti, tegliti) u Dubrovniku je podrazumijevao te~ak i naporan rad koji je bio vezan uz aivanje, pa iako ga samo 50% ispitanika razumije a svega 12% i rabi svi su ga u hrvatskom knji~evnom jeziku ozna ili glagolom aivati. Joa 2 glagola vezana uz aivanje: TalijanizamRazumijevanjeUporabaingvzdat47% 34% progstat 31% 22%  iako su o ito na putu odumiranja i danas su vrlo precizno zna enjski distingvirani. Tako ispitanici ingvazdat opisuju kao ru no koncem opaiti, a progastat kao proaiti aivaim strojem. Ovoj skupini mogli bismo dodati i glagol ntat koji razumije 47, a upotrebljava 22% ispitanika. Svi ga vezuju uz pojam aivanja i kao sinonim u knji~evnom jeziku rabe nadodati, umetnuti, a ne u smislu privage (po Anievom Rje niku hrvatskoga jezika dodatak koji se smatra po obi ajima ili pravilima obveznim u odmjerenoj koli ini tra~ene robe - ~ilavo tkivo uz meso.) Mo~emo, dakle, zaklju iti da s veinom starih zanata odumiru i izrazi koji su s njima u vezi. Lakae je, ljepae, neki ka~u i jeftinije, kupiti konfekcijsku odjeu prilagoenu vremenu i potrebama, ali ipak, oni malobrojni koji se bave ili se razumiju u aivanje u Dubrovniku joa uvijek fatgaju, ingvazdvaju, nadoontvaju i progastvaju odjeu i rublje. Zna enje sljedee skupine glagola: TalijanizamZna enje u standardnom hvatskom jezikuRazumijevanjeU estalost uporabeskaplatizbjei, zaobii59%47%akmpatpobjei, izmaknuti22%6%akivvat (se)izbjegavati44%22% ispitanici vrlo esto izjedna uju prevodei ih istim rije ima ili ih zamjenjujui. Treba, meutim, napomenuti da se osim osnovnog zna enja izbjei, zaobii o uvala i uporaba glagola skapulat u smislu presuti, sa uvati npr. jelo iz vee u manju posudu, osloboditi posudu. 4. ZAKLJU AK Budui da je istra~ivanje obuhvatilo homogenu grupu mladih ljudi (od 20 do 26 godina) koji su pod veim institucionalnim utjecajem medija, obrazovanja, migracija i na ina ~ivota, rezultati istra~ivanja koji ukazuju na gubljenje specifi osti lokalnog izri aja o ekivani su. Ipak, usprkos evidentnoj tendenciji odumiranja odabranih talijanizama u dubrova kom lokalnom govoru, u ovom pregledu su izdvojene zna enjski relativno homogene skupine glagola ija je viaezna nost i sna~na prisutnost u svakodnevnom komuniciranju potvrena provedenim ista~ivanjem. Tako je ovim radom definirana grupa leksema za koje se mo~e sa sigurnoau utvrditi da odolijevaju opim tendencijama gubljenja lokalnih specifi nosti dubrova kog idioma i koji svojom zna enjskom posebnoau pridonose o uvanju lokalnog identiteta. 5. Miotto, L., (1984)Vocabolario del dialetto veneto-dalmata, Trieste: Edizioni Lint FREQUENCY OF USE OF CERTAIN VERBS OF THE IDIOM OF THE DUBROVNIK AREA REGARDING THEIR MEANING Based on a wider assessment of the actuality of the idiom in the Dubrovnik area throughout the last fifty years or so, this paper focuses on the frequency of use of certain verbs, as well as on the variety of their meaning in today's colloquial idiom in the Dubrovnik area. Analysing the results of the research conducted in 2004 which demonstrates that certain elements of the local idiom are lost irretrievably, while the others are preserved and used daily, I have paid particular attention to the groups of verbs which determine the special characteristics of the idiom in the Dubrovnik area with their multiple meanings. Alongside the statement that the frequency of use of certain observed verbs is dropping, we are free to claim that they have preserved their variety in meaning, but that they have also acquired new meanings more suited to the modern pace of life.
