Sažetak
The global economic crisis, which started in 2008 has led many to question once again the future of the capitalist world system. On the one side, there are requests for its final abolishment, and on the other, there are suggestions for its “upgrade”, for the creation of the so called “capitalism 2.0”. This essay will ascribe to this latter current of thinking by indicating towards the normative framework needed for the cosmopolitan regulation of the today’s market, which would lessen the instabilities of global economy and allow a more just development of the whole humanity in the future.
