Sažetak
Congenital agenesis of the seminal vesical is rare, especially when it is associated with the fusion anomaly of the kidney. Unilateral agenesis of seminal vesicle associated with pancake kidney is unique urogenital anomaly and is presented in this study. This anomaly has been detected by ultrasound examination in a 34-year-old man who came to urologic examination due to infertility. CT scan confirmed initial finding. Such urogenital anomaly doesn’t cause any symptoms, it could be found by ultrasonography and surveillance of this patients is recomended.
