Sažetak
In the period between January 30 1971 and January 30 2006 840 renal transplantations were done at the University Hospital Rijeka. Lymphoceles were diagnosed in 32 (3, 8 %) patients. Simple lymphoceles (without septa) were most prevalent. Methods used in the treatment were: percutaneous drainage with instillation of povidone-iodide in 24 (75%) patients, percutaneous drainage with instillation of tetracycline in 1 (3, 1%) patient, percutaneous aspiration in 4 (12, 5%) patients and surgical treatment in 7 (21, 9%) patients. Open surgery was done in 4 (12, 5%) patients and laparoscopy in 3 (9, 3%) patients. Complications after treatment were febrility, epididymitis and recurrence of lymphocele. In all patients, except one, with recurrency secondary procedure (percutaneous drainage with instillation of povidone-iodide or most recently laparoscopic procedure) resolve the lymphocele.
