Sažetak
The city of Siscija was one of the most important Roman colony in the province of Pannonia. She assigned colonial status in the 1th century, what reflected in urban planning and to the whole ager of colony, with all the social and economic impacts. Specifically, besides Siscija, in the narrow communal infrastructural terms, had all the architectural elements of the Roman colonial center, it also had to be surrounded by larger economic and production units in the immediate hinterland. Generally, ager of colonia Siscija is nowise or very poorly and fragmentary researched, but the city suburban zones could provide answers to questions about siscijan economic activities in that zone. Archaeological research during the period of 1950th and 1952nd, in the northwestern part of today's city area, near the village of Odra and Odra river, suggested the existence of an object for which we can assume that it was siscijan suburban villa or a villa rustica, and economic storage building as part of the same complex.As this was a part of a suburb with a passing road which connected Siscia with Andautonia by so called Sava road (via Savia) to the area, it is quite certain position some minor economic production units of this type in this area. This presentation will attempt to define the site and its intended, while the comparison of archives of all the institutions which conducted the archaeological controls over this site will attempt to consolidate all of the process relevant data.
