Sažetak
Two cases of human pasteurellosis, one with bronchiectasis, the other with maxillary sinusitis, are described from which almost identical strains of Past. multocida were isolated. Although the organisms were sensitive to penicillin in vitro, penicillin treatment was without success. Detailed descriptions of the strains and a discussion of the literature on the subject are given.
