Sažetak
The long-term stability of a DC Reference Standard Fluke 732A at 1 V, 1, 018 V and 10 V levels has been analysed according to the calibration data obtained in the Fluke, NIST and PTB laboratories over a period of more than fourteen years. The weighted least-squares fitting was used and the regression line coefficients, as well as those of the 3rd order polynomial, were calculated, by which the maintained voltages at all three outputs can be predicted for a moment of interest. This approach significantly reduces the uncertainties of the maintained voltages.
