Sažetak
The paper presents research about nonverbal communication of primary school teachers and students from Faculty of teacher education within the classroom. The aim of the research was to determine forms of nonverbal behaviour that are used by experienced teachers and the forms used by students-future teachers. The research was conducted in primary schools at fifteen teachers during the regular lectures and at fifteen students (at final years of study) during the public lectures (practice lectures). Method that was used in the research was specially adapted Flanders' model of interaction analyse (FIA) where elements of nonverbal communication were included. Results for each specific cannal of nonverbal behaviour (visual communication, movements, para- language, facial expression and relation to pupils) differ between teachers and students. The most significant difference in nonverbal behaviour can be noticed at relation toward pupils, movement and para-language that mostly depend on experience and time spent within the classroom. Visual communication and facial expressions show equal results at teachers and students.
