Sažetak
The main aim of this paper is to compare the Croatian model of a valency dictionary with the Czech model VALLEX. The paper includes a comparison of dictionaries in the formal sense, the morphological layer of the description etc. With the help of syntactic description it determines which arguments of verbs are included in the analysis. Comparison of semantic verb classes shows which model of the semantic description is used in the particular vocabulary.
