Sažetak
We report on a 14-year-old girl (pregnancies 5 0, abortion 5 0, menarche 5 0) who was referred to the gynecological emergency room because of vague pain in the lower abdomen that had been present for the past 24 hours. Prior to referral, ultrasound examination was performed and showed cystic formation (8 13 cm) filled with dense, homogeneous, hyperechogenic content located behind the bladder
