Sažetak
The paper presents the fundamentals of virtual logistics, position of traffic in the logistic system and interrelations between the elements of the system. The focus has been set on telecommuting - distance work, and then its influence on traffic. Entrepreneurial logistic experts could start organising new types of distribution logistics that is not traditionally oriented to manufacturers as source with more destinations but to customers as destination with several sources of goods supply ("just-for-you" or "J 4 U" distribution). Virtual exchange of transport capacities has been presented on the set fundamentals of virtual logistics.
