Sažetak
Following five years of implementation of study programmes reformed on the basis of the Bologna declaration extensive research was carried out by the Quality Assurance board of the University of Rijeka to address the question of the quality of implemented changes. In the paper are presented results of the study dealing with aspect of "employability". The results of survey of teachers and students of the University of Rijeka indicate their perceptions of employability of students at the reformed studies. The study was conducted over 3984 students and 768 employees. The sample represents 35% of students enrolled in academic year 2009/2010 at the University, and majority of employed teaching staff of all categories. In the research of the Bologna Process employability has been analyzed in several aspects, such is the representation of professional practice within the curricula, perceptions of students and teachers on student preparation for the labour market, ect. Research results indicate that there is the need for certain actions that should contribute to the employability of bachelors and to development of necessary labor market competences of graduate students.
