Sažetak
Competence consists of the ability to respond to complex external influences, to which it is exposed a modern organization. Individual competence includes knowledge and skills that one possesses. Individual competence is focused on the competence of human resources, while the rest of the competency of the organization is reflected in its technical, technological and structural competence. In this paper, the focus of research is on the competency of human resources, as well as the concepts of managing this valuable resource by putting them into connection with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 9004 and ISO10015.
