Sažetak
Many adjuncts have been devised for spinal cord and organ protection during complex thoracici and thoracoabdominal aortic repair. We based our approach to organ and spinal cord protection on individual patients characteristics. Employing the strategy of individually tailored approach with selective use of adjuncts, we consider here reported results acceptable, especially in selective setting.
