Sažetak
Tower cranes assist workers on a construction site of many different buildings and together with them make system of a closed mass service. If a service channel (tower crane) serves at the same time two columns of clients that have different request densities in time and different service time, the situation so often during construction, we call that a two-phase system. A model of stochastic simulation has been developed for these systems. It can be applied for production systems in civil engineering, in ship construction, etc. The presented model gives a probable insight in the system state: tower crane vs. workers served and the prognosis of the overall system efficiency.
