Sažetak
Study shown simple process of patients finding with risk derived electronic medical documentation and improved those for better registration (included episode of care and other information of patients). Other improvement was reduction for half number of patients to undergo screening capillary fasting test.CroDiabGP study shown yield of new diagnosed DM 2.1%via opportunistic screening.
