Sažetak
Because of removing the cosine error during the vertical displacement measurement of high voltage electrodes of the Voltage Balance ETF-84, a special stand has been constructed for positioning a laser head on a part of sphere with maximal angle 6 mrad. Measurement of total (51 mm) and partial (40 mm) displacement had been made in measuring atmosphere of nitrogen, and then in the air of low relative humidity. Sources of errors had been analysed in the measuring chain, refractive indexes had been calculated for the real measurement conditions in nitrogen and air, and acquired measurement results, with relative uncertainties of order of 5x10e-7, or 20 nm absolutely, were presented.
