Sažetak
Anisocoria is a term which denoted different size of pupils. It could be harmless or clinical signs of life threatening condition. The common causes are Horner's syndrom, tonic pupil and oculomotor palsy, but it is consider that 20% of healthy people have anisocoria which is called physiologic anisocoria. Aim of this paper is to emphasis the role of pharmacological testing with cocaine and pilocarpine drops in patients with anisocoria. Therefore three patients were presented at Neuroophthalmological division of Department of ophthalmology of University hospital center Zagreb due to anisocoria. The authors suggested clinical procedures in order to differentiate the cause of anisocoria and also pointed out how to differentiate conditions which can lead to anisocoria.
