Sažetak
The intellectual capital measurement perspectives and criteria were explored, and the list of indicators was developed based on extensive literature review and workshops with industrial partners. Emphasis was put on leading indicators which are, by their definition, input – oriented and harder to measure, but much easier to influence and correct if needed during the complex development projects execution. In order to grasp the wider picture and set up the stage for the real-time intelelectual capital performnce measurement and monitoring, every indicator from the list was analysed for its relations to others. After receiving feedback, validated list was used for creating cause-effect and dependency relationships between the indicators in order to build the network model. Network model was further analysed for the main properties in order to understand the influential structure of the performance indicators. Work Sampling App enables monitoring of ongoing design activities and gathering real-time working parameters. Using analogy with electronic diary concept, App should enable fast and easy input of data regarding what, whom, how and why is task performed as an input for intellectual capital performance monitor and measurement.
