Sažetak
The paper describes some dynamic properties of programming MOS EPROM 2708 which, in the implementation of the storage cell, uses the floating gate principle. Several parameters were continuously monitored on-line during the programming process. Programing and erase profiles that are based on bit states observation, together with acess time variations are presented.
