Sažetak
1280 children aged between 1 month and 15 years with primary VUT treated over a 20 years period were studied. During that period 1648 antireflux ureterocystostomies were performed, 1032 with AUVB and 616 with Lich-Gregoir operative technique. The final late result was evaluated two years after the operation. Satisfactory results were achived in 93, 5% with AUVB and 96% with the Lich-Gregoir procedure. The post operative failure was found in 6, 5% of AUVB and 4% of Lich-Gregoir operation. The recurrence was more frequent in the AuVB ( 5%) than in the Lich-Gregoir operations (2, 5%).
