Sažetak
In this study abundance, biomass and occurrence index trends and distribution patterns for the populations of selected commercially important cephalopod species in the Northern and Central Adriatic Sea (GSA 17) were investigated. Calculated parameters showed prominent interannual oscillations and negative trends of all indices for most of the species. Maps of distribution also revealed minor changes in distribution of some commercially important cephalopods in the study area. The results give the valuable information for sustainable management of these important fishery resources in the Adriatic Sea.
