Sažetak
Is required. There is a strong evidence that many patients with chronic illnesses have difficulty adhering to their treatment regimens. These results in less management and control of the illness, reduces patient's quality of life and wastes health care resources. Adherence is simultaneously influenced by various factors. The adherence assesment was done among the patients with chronic diseases in the city of Zagreb. They were interviewed in the various community pharmacies by standardized self-reported questionnaire offered by pharmacist. The questions were concerned on personal data, history, health status, relationships with doctors and pharmacist, medication taking behaviour
