Sažetak
Summary: Pursuant to the Construction Act (OG 153/13), a construction is deemed legal regardless of whether it has a construction permit or not, if it was built before or on 15 February 1968. Anything constructed, annexed, extended or reconstructed after that date has to have relevant construction documents in order to be considered legal. The proof that a construction was built prior to that date is the date of it being recorded in the official records or the aerial photogrammetric shot taken prior to that date. In its archives, the State Geodetic Administration used to have a part of the aerial photogrammetric material made prior to 15 February 1968 while its major part was located in the archives of the Military Geographical Institute (MGI) in Belgrade. With the help of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the State Geodetic Administration has succeeded in having part of the photographic material made from the MGI returned to the State Geodetic Administration. The SGA has handled and processed all the photographs taken prior to 15 February 1968 in order for them to be used for issuing certificates that the construction was recorded prior to the afore-mentioned date. This article explains in detail the production process from scanning to the final product and presents the areas covered by photographs.
