Sažetak
Temporary global ischemia resulting from tissue hypoperfusion (HP) can cause significant impairment of cardiac function. The purpose of this study was to examine the protective effects of verapamil (VER) and halotane (HAL)combined vs.HAL alone on functional recovery of LVP and the duration of ventricular fibrillation (VF) following global ischemia. Our results indicate that HAL has protective effect on LVP and VF.
