Sažetak
In this paper, there is analysis of administrative adjudication in Croatia from the second half of the 19th century in particular related to administrative judiciary and administrative judicial supervision in the Banovina of Croatia. The central point is that the systems of judicial control of public administration are developing on the three bases: inherited tradition, the impact of the principles and standards of European administrative law and certain peculiarities of each country. After the establishment of the Banovina of Croatia in the 1939th, it was established a special Administrative Court based in Zagreb, totally independent of the administrative judicial system in former Yugoslavia. Thus, it was established a separate system of administrative judiciary and administrative judicial control of administrative acts. The author provides insight into the basic notes on the organization of the Administrative Court and the subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction of the same, especially refers to an administrative dispute and the proceedings before the Administrative Court, the actors, judicial decisions and legal remedies against the decision of the Administrative Court.
