Sažetak
The usual classification of vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) according to the volume of urine seen to reflux on voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG), which is aimed to evaluate its pathological effect is inadequate. However pathological significance of reflux can be evaluated more precisely if in a child with VUR infusion urography, cystoscopy and dynamic computerized scintigraphy are made in addition to VCUG. An analysis of these four methods of examination in 277 refluxing patients prove the validity of this approach.
