Sažetak
Pannonische Glanztonware is a class of Roman pottery found in great quantity throughout Roman Pannonia. Its origin is Pannonian with late Celtic traditions mixed with Roman influence. It was found in the whole province of Roman Pannonia, some parts of Noricum, Moesia and Trachia. Its production started in the 2nd half of the 1st c. and lasted until the end of the 2nd c. in the western part. In the eastern part the production is noted even in the 3rd c. This high quality pottery had a shiny slip, it was produced in reduced, oxidant and mixed atmosphere and is presented mostly with bowls and plates. The vessels were decorated with rouletting and different stamp motifs. Many workshops have been identified in Slovenia, Austria and Hungary. Croatian part remains to define in terms of workshops, subgroups, decorations, fabric and potters as well as routes used to export PGW in Dalmatia where more and more finds of this kind have been identified.
