Sažetak
This article examines Bosnia and Herzegovina after of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in Sejdić and Finci case. Author is questioning if human rights of particular individuals should prevail over collective rights which were brought by Dayton Agreement which brought peace to this fragile and fragmented country. Author is comparing constitutional and legal framework of Bosnia to similar one in Lebanon ; since in both countries sectarian division (separation) of power is in place.
