Sažetak
The author invites a discussion in order to define a proper legal doctrine of the scope and limits of the reserved domaine, i.e. constitutional identity, in Croatia as the newest memeber of the European Union. He considers that as the remnant sovereignity within the constractially founded compound community of states. He also warns against the still existing ideology of a "new type of community". For the purpose, he pleads to look beyond the pure legalist linits set by the legal documents court rulings. He deems an interdisciplinary apprach of a crucial importance for a proper dealing within such a community of states.
