Sažetak
Inadequately controlled production systems " dirty " power and its consumption in general, cause a whole host of problems in the world , among which are certainly the most important and also the most dangerous global climate change caused by increased emissions of harmful greenhouse gases . Therefore, the awareness of human civilization is changing daily , expressed through the efforts of all segments of human work and life that these negative trends change. For buildings where people live and work today , accounting for over 40 % of total final energy consumption . In this context, all the more sharply expressed requirements , formulated through various norms , for the design of modern residential and commercial buildings that will provide lower energy requirement necessary to ensure a pleasant and comfortable working and living in them . Today are so effective in the EU norms requiring the designers to design buildings around zero energy consumer . Therefore, it is now apparent trend in the development of new forms of design and technical solutions facade of the building envelope which attempt to solve the problem of uncontrolled loss of energy through them . Not only that , the technical systems of building envelopes as façade fronts are no longer just static thermal barrier systems , but these are dynamic systems that manage the entire transfer of energy through the outer facade envelope , lighting and ventilation process of interior space, as well as the production of energy. In this context, it is particularly noticeable development of intelligent systems of glazed facade fronts that become " live " technical building systems that provide optimal working conditions and people living in them with minimal uncontrolled losses. New technologies in the sphere of production of glazing , aluminum load-bearing structural systems and electronic control systems moving dynamic components of the facade , ensure that these systems are justly called intelligent . This paper therefore discusses some of the existing technical solutions such structural systems , and also points to some new design concepts that tend to get the same maximum energy efficiency and optimal management of the transfer of energy through the glazed facade facade as a dominant architectural coating of modern office buildings .

This paper therefore discusses some of the existing technical solutions such structural systems , and also points to some new design concepts that tend to get the same maximum energy efficiency and optimal management of the transfer of energy through the glazed facade facade as a dominant architectural coating of modern office buildings .
