Sažetak
A spatially and functionally interrelated unit would considerably contribute to achievement of higher levels of efficiency in the judiciary system of Croatia ; that’s the idea of creating the Zagreb Justice Square (ZJS) in the western part of the city. The current Courts and related facilities, spread out over the town, are lacking space and quality. The ZJS will be an attractive solution which will solve the lack of space problem. It will facilitate and contribute to the efficient usage of courts and related facilities. This study provides analysis of financing options for Zagreb Justice Square project.
