Sažetak
In this paper, the author first gives the legal sources providing for lex arbitri, or the applicable procedural arbitration law in the proceedings before the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy (I.). Then, based on the excerpts from the statements of reasons given in particular awarda, he explains how arbitral tribunals explained the application of particular legal sources (II.) In the main part of his paper, the author presents some of the issues decided by the arbitral tribunal by applying, “in the appropriate manner”, the rules of the Civil Procedure Act (hereinafter referred to as CPA) being one of the sources of procedural arbitration law (III.).
