Sažetak
The publication offers an overview of the civil service training systems in seven countries/entities of the Western Balkans region: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Kosovo. Its objectives are to facilitate the exchange of information and experience in the region and to serve as a reference document for ReSPA and the national institutions in charge of co- ordination of training for public administration. It provides the first overview of the civil service training systems in the WBR countries/entities, as well as a better understanding of the overall situation, the regional imbalances and the current structural problems at stake. It focuses on a comparative analysis of the individual situations.
