Sažetak
In this article, an approach for using RS codes with goal of achieving the optimal solutions for error correction on the ATM Adaptation Layer is described. It recommends the use of relatively short RS codes in combination with interleaving wise implemented. Situation with random and bursty cell losses is analysed.
