Sažetak
Every legal system is subject to development and changes. The purpose of this paper is to explore whether the development of European legal systems is the result of an imposition or of a natural development of legal models. In this sense a very important role has the case-law of the ECJ, which creates new principles. These principles put some important basis for the process of Europeanisation still in progress.
