Sažetak
Social entrepreneurship combines various activities undertaken by an entrepreneur with the main aim of combating social problems in the society whilst creating positive social values. Its activities are addressed towards helping those vulnerable who need the help most, helping those marginalized interested stakeholders, helping people with disabilities. The main aim of social entrepreneurship is not in profit generation and monetary measurement of the results achieved. Rather, results are measured in the number of new jobs generated, number of people with disabilities who were included in entrepreneurial activities, the development of the society. Main organizational models of social enterprises are: leveraged non-profit organizations, hybrid non-profit organizations and social businesses. The aim is to enlighten the benefits of social enterprises and to potentially stimulate enthusiast in the country to start with a social business for the benefits of all. Results have shown that mostly civil sector has spawned a social enterprise that will surely find their own space in the economic sector.
