Sažetak
The conflicting results of prior studies leave open the question of how quality management practices affect financial performance of the companies. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the implementation level of management by fact, as one of the main quality management principles, on financial indicators. In this context, the role of the strategic management accounting as a tool of management by fact is argued.
