Sažetak
A solid spur gear tooth deformation has been determined by means of 3D FEM, p – version. The loaded tooth mid-plane foundation displacements have been followed exclusively in relation to the combined influence of the chosen gear geometrical parameters. The analysis of tooth foundation displacements expressed by a percentage of the corresponding tip displacements, and the obtained displacements distribution along the tooth facewidth, has clarified a deformation modus of different geometry gear tooth, under the same load direction and position, the same load magnitude and material type.
