Sažetak
A number of substituted benzothiazoles exhibit useful pharmacological activities. The key intermediates in the synthesis of substituted benzothiazole are different substituted 2-aminothiophenoles. Which have been prepared by base hydrolisis of substituted benzothiazoles. The rate of hydrolisis depends on the type of substituent introduced in benzothiazole nuclei.
