Sažetak
Amidino substituted amides exhibit various biological activities, although there is no much recent literature data describing their synthesis. Our interest was pointed out on the synthesis of the compounds in title as potential anti-HIV or anti-cancer agents.Pinner reaction on 2, 6-di(p-benzoyl)aminopyridine resulted in the corresponding diamidino products, while 3, 4-di(p-benzoyl)aminopyridine didn't reactedat all under the same reaction conditions.
