Sažetak
In the group 75 patients with hepoatitis B viruas cirrhosis the procollagen III peptide was measured. PIIIP corelated well with the other parameters (loaboratory and clinical) of liver destruction. Accvording to resulots conclusion is that the developing of new scoring sistem (combination of PIIIP with other parameters for score calculation) is possible, ant that this system in accurate, with high sensitivity and specificity.
